Lanceria Games Roadmap and Releases (2024 - 2026)

1. Knight Crush Mania:

Description: Knight Crush Mania is a fun and exciting puzzle match game that will challenge your strategic skills and keep you engaged for hours. Players are tasked with solving complex puzzles by matching and crushing various knight-themed and other magical symbols on the game board. As you progress through the game, you'll encounter new and challenging obstacles that will require you to think outside the box and use your strategic skills to overcome.

• Launch and Optimization: Game launch and optimization based on technical analysis and feedback

• Android Launch: Game launch on Android devices

• Play Store Publishing: Publish a first version of Knight Crush Mania on the Play Store (in review)

• Community Growth Campaigns: Strategic partnerships with other projects for co-marketing activities, AMAs and marketing agencies

• Metamask Integration: Integration of Metamask Connect Wallet into the game

• Trust Wallet Integration: Integration of Trust Wallet into the game (might move this in Q4)

• NFT Collection: Launch an NFT collection with in-game utility, such as infinite lives or weekly in-game bonuses

• Ads: Integrate non forceful in-game ads revenue generator

• Login: ID & Password

• Login: Social Login, eg: Facebook, Google, etc

• Playfab integration & Cloud Progress Save

• Google Play Internal Testing: Perform multiple tests within google plays internal testing in order to properly verify intended functionalities such as ads and in-app purchases

• Fiat Payment Integration: Integrate google play FIAT payment method

• LANC Payment: The option to pay with $LANC token instead of FIAT, allowing Hybrid payment methods (It requires the development of a new Smart Contract handling in-game WEB 3 transactions and a security AUDIT)

• In-App Purchases: Add in-app purchases such as coin for purchase, which will be used to further acquire boosters and or life refills

• Leaderboard Implementation: Add a game leaderboard with ranking based on level current high scores, to increase competitiveness and add more flavor to the game

• New $LANC Smart Contract: Let the community decide whether $LANC should migrate to another chain (eg "Solana", "Ethereum", etc), or simply develop a new Smart Contract on the current chain (BSC) with custom features and enhanced security.

• Partnerships: Strategic partnerships with influencers and content creators to amplify the game's reach and engage with a wider audience.

Q4 - 2024

• Assets Overhaul and Improved Content: Modify or replace current assets for better visuals and increased quality of life

• iOS Launch: Game launch on iOS devices

• App Store Publishing: Publish the latest version of Knight Crush Mania on the App Store

• WebGL Launch: Allow players to launch the game on browser, by accessing the lanceria.games website

• Fundraising Goals: Raise funding through strategic partnerships, grants, VCs and crowdfunding campaigns to fuel game development, community expansion, and even more marketing endeavors.

• LANC Token Purchase: Purchase LANC tokens from circulation to enhance liquidity and stability within the ecosystem (A portion of non-crypto revenue will be used for this).
